Every new hybrid vehicle from our dealership comes with several Mazda hybrid warranty options for peace of mind. This coverage includes a comprehensive limited warranty, powertrain warranty, and more. Here are the warranty options you’ll receive at North Penn Mazda when you purchase a new hybrid model.

Hybrid Battery Warranty

For hybrid Mazda vehicles specifically, you’ll gain a hybrid battery warranty when you purchase a new hybrid, PHEV, or EV. This warranty coverage works with the lithium-ion hybrid battery pack that powers your vehicle’s electrical system and activates when driving in EV mode.

Coverage includes any manufacturing defects that affect how well your battery performs. This coverage lasts for eight years or 100,000 miles after signing, whichever comes first.

Limited Warranty

In addition to specific coverage for your hybrid battery, you’ll also have access to the Mazda limited warranty. This ensures that you have coverage for manufacturing errors on essential vehicle parts like the drivetrain, brakes, accelerator, steering wheel, and electrical parts. You’ll get warranty coverage for three years or 36,000 miles.

Powertrain Warranty

It’s also important to cover the rest of your hybrid vehicle’s powertrain, which is where the Mazda powertrain warranty comes in, providing coverage for essential powertrain parts like your gas engine and any related housing or sealing parts. In essence, it ensures that your vehicle’s power-generating parts are functioning properly. This covers your powertrain for up to five years or 60,000 miles.
