Caitlin was very courteous and helpful. She explained the related service to be done and gave me examples so I could understand what was being done. My mechanic, Horhay (I don’t know how to spell his name) introduced himself and I test drove the car with me to make sure everything was working okay. He also said if I ever needed service in the future, that he would be our mechanic. I know I can trust him to do the repairs.

Dealership is incorrectly recommending and setting 5K maintenance intervals which conflict with Mazda Motor Corporation recommendation for a CX-5. I believe they are misleading customers.
