My 2-year old car had a recall. Scheduling was reasonable. Wait time was reasonable. Staff were friendly. Everything worked. Bummer to have the problem in the first place, but that's a manufacturers problem, at least the dealer fixed it with the least hassle reasonably possible. My one gripe is that they don't provide free inspections for people who buy cars here, unlike the dealer for our other car.
Helpful to walk through all features in the car once purchased. Finance person straightforward, no games, helpful, had documents prepared so able to go through them quickly and efficiently.
The battery was not connected properly and therefore the alternator was not charging it. Wil was able to diagnose and correct the problem for me and waived the service charge. Thanks!!
I took my vehicle in for a recall. The service was completed quickly. I was met at the desk by name. The dealer showroom and waiting room was clean and comfortable.
I have been twice to North Penn Mazda Service Center now and was very pleased both times. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. The time spent on my car was reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And, they washed my car for me! Cost was simply what it is (no deals, but likely a reasonable cost for the service.) Very pleased.
Wow, what a laid back, no pressure car buying experience. My wife and I went in looking to get some information on a 2019 Mazda 3. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, there was zero pressure. Dan answered all our questions and presented us with all the information around the trim levels and options. Would not have an issue buying another vehicle from them or referring friends or family. Great experience all around.
I went to get a high mileage oil change. I went in, waited and it was simply done in time and on time. There was even speedy service when I asked, at the last minute, for new windshield wipers. Great service center.
Will was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He addressed additional concerns that I raised and took care of them. He responded to my message and contacted me when he said he would.
Caitlin was awesome. Very cordial and accommodating. Only problem was that my oil change service due notification still on. Need to let me know how to change it myself
Service staff was friendly and answered questions that I had. During the time my car was in the shop, they kept me informed about the progress on my vehicle. My car was ready in a reasonable amount of time.
