Buying my car was easy. All my questions got knowledgeable answers and the sales person was low pressure and still attentive.

Wil is very kind and attentive. He has a good attention to detail that makes you feel heard. As for this location in general, I like their usage of videos shot by the mechanic who worked on your car. I've even gotten helpful advice in those videos.

Only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. Will never spend another dime there. I have never had a worse customer experience in my life. I have purchased 3 cars from here with my wife in 7 years and I will never be back. 206,000 miles currently on my Mazda 6 and I am due for a new vehicle. Not going here. Had to bring my car back in because the wheels almost fell off it from work they did. When I got it back there was a flat that they tried to charge me for. Really? I have been a customer since 1988 and I won’t be back. Your sales people should know their audience. The tires were missing the caps on the valve stems. The car had a scratch on the hood and when we pointed it out when signing for the car, we were told whadda want it’s a used car. I had not seen it before because it was raining. It was the way the response was delivered. There’s your review.

the service seemed good on a routine oil change and tire rotation. I did not like being charged a fee for using my credit card. Please consider incorporating this fee into your service charges. I will NEVER be providing my debit card or paying in cash for this service and will consider my options for future service.

i live next to another local Mazda dealer and i still only take my car to north Penn Mazda because of the service and trust i have in their service team.

Fast, no problems. Everybody was polite & helpful. Everything was explained I was very happy.
