Brought car in for recall, and they installed the wrong part. When they called us to come back to remedy the issue, they assured us the car was safe in the meantime. Then I realized while driving on the highway at night that my headlights were no longer working due to their mistake. Such a hazard. Will not be returning here

Caitlin was very courteous and helpful. She explained the related service to be done and gave me examples so I could understand what was being done. My mechanic, Horhay (I don’t know how to spell his name) introduced himself and I test drove the car with me to make sure everything was working okay. He also said if I ever needed service in the future, that he would be our mechanic. I know I can trust him to do the repairs.
