As always I got an appointment right away, in fact it was next day as I had realized my inspection was over due. He was very knowledgeable, a true professional, always got back to me in a timely way and most important, he listened to me. This is the 2nd time we bought a Mazda 3 from North Penn Mazda. We bought our first Mazda 3 in 2010 and it served us well. When it was time to replace this car I (again) selected North Penn after visiting other Mazda dealers.
