Car was brought in for some warranty items, parts were ordered and arrived earlier than expected and the dealer promptly fixed the issues as well as noticed that the inspection could be done at this time. Saved us a trip back for inspection in a month. We appreciate that!

Okay. I have been going to North Penn since 1994. And I just want to let you know I've always received fantastic service. I had to take my car to North Penn Mazda because little creatures got into my engine. This is the second time it's happened. So I wanted to let you know they are very good and experts about Little creatures taken care of it. Nationwide insurance is who I have The people I use is Daniel Fitzsimmons and Stacy Brown, Will give you excellent service and their claims office is fantastic.. I cannot thank them enough. And just so you know that if little creatures, do come in your engine, your insurance will pay for it. So I just wanted to tell you I've always received excellent service from North Pan Mazda. I also wanted to let you know for some of you that don't have garages to put your car in. Put moth balls near your engine or peppermint oil that will keep the squirrels and mice away.. Also make sure you move your car around in different parking spots if you do not have a garage. Amazon has a great deal going on with mothballs and peppermint oil. Thank you, just wanted to share.

As manager, Tony Hamilton sets the tone. I only had interaction with Chris Chiartas who was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable, a true professional, always got back to me in a timely way and most important, he listened to me. This is the 2nd time we bought a Mazda 3 from North Penn Mazda. We bought our first Mazda 3 in 2010 and it served us well. When it was time to replace this car I (again) selected North Penn after visiting other Mazda dealers.

Went to this dealership for a new car for my husband and we are extremely glad that we did. From the beginning, everyone was amazing but Tim was phenomenal by making the process smooth, efficient, easy and fast, 2 HOURS in and out. He listened, and provided answers and suggestions to all our questions without trying to bully us into a higher priced car or trump up the price.
