COVID-19

To our North Penn Mazda Community:

There is no doubt that these are frightening and uncertain times in our community and around the world. Our main priority has and always will be the safety of those that enter our business each day, our loyal employees, customers, and their families.

While there are no known cases of the virus at our dealership, it is our responsibility to make sure we are doing our part in flattening the curve of COVID-19. We will continue to take all the appropriate safety precautions as suggested by government officials, CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Our service department has reopened as of 3/28/2020 and we are taking all the precautions to protect you, our employees, and your vehicle. We are using, gloves, masks, seat covers, and disinfecting all high touched surfaces such as (Car keys, exterior driver’s door handle, interior door handle, controls / switches, gear shifter and steering wheel). Furthermore, we are cleaning and disinfecting the dealership on a regular basis with approved products by the CDC. We have limited our waiting appointments and separated seating appropriately to abide by social distancing guidelines.

On April 19,2020 Dr. Levine, signed an order that all customers are required to wear masks while on premises. Furthermore, we are to deny entry to individual not wearing marks. While this may seem extreme, that is for your safety and that of our employees. We really appreciate your continued patronage and cooperation during these difficult and uncertain times.

On April 20, 2020, Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 841 which approved Pennsylvania dealerships to conduct car sales and leasing operations through online sales. Our sales team is prepared to handle your vehicle needs from the comfort of you home.

We will continue to update you with any information as this situation unfolds.

I wish you and your loved one’s safety and good health!

Thank You all for your support and understanding!!
