This new plug-in hybrid electric vehicle comes in two trims: the 2025 Mazda CX-70 PHEV Premium and the 2025 Mazda CX-70 PHEV Premium Plus. Both utilize the Mazda brand’s e-Skyactiv® powertrain, which pairs a 2.5-liter gasoline engine with a 68-kWh electric motor. This combination is capable of 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque and an all-electric driving range of up to 26 miles*. An eight-speed automatic transmission and i-Activ AWD® come standard, along with Mazda Intelligent Drive Select (Mi-Drive™) – an excellent tool for customizing the SUV’s performance to your needs.
Standard Features
Both versions of this new Mazda SUV come with some excellent standard features. Exterior amenities include a power panoramic moonroof, a hands-free power liftgate, and 21-inch wheels that sport a black metal and machine-cut finish.
