2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid

If you want to limit your impact on the environment but don’t want to compromise on things like ride quality or features, we invite you to look through our Mazda hybrid cars. As you’ll see, our inventory includes several exciting hybrid and plug-in hybrid SUVs, with each one being a great choice for families and people on the move. North Penn Mazda is where you can pick the model that will suit your needs perfectly.

MAZDA CX-50 Hybrid

Currently the smallest hybrid produced by the Mazda team, the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, a battery pack, and three electric motors. Those elements produce 219 horsepower and 163 lb-ft of torque, which is enough power for the SUV to tow up to 1,500 lbs with the right equipment. A continuously variable automatic transmission and i-ACTIV AWD® are standard.

Upscale features like a leather-trimmed steering wheel and heated front seats give the Mazda CX-50 Hybrid a luxurious feel. The SUV’s technology features include niceties like a 10.25-inch infotainment display, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ connectivity, and wireless charging. On the safety front, the Mazda SUV comes with a blind-spot monitor, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keep assist.

MAZDA CX-70 PHEV

Unlike its smaller stablemate, the 2025 Mazda CX-70 PHEV is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that you’ll need to charge from time to time. If you use a 240-volt outlet, it will only take the Mazda SUV about 2.5 hours to recharge. When it’s fully charged, the Mazda CX-70 PHEV can cover up to 26 miles using electricity alone.

Total system output for the Mazda CX-70 PHEV is 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, giving the SUV a zero-to-60 mph time of just six seconds. When it’s appropriately equipped, it can tow as much as 3,500 lbs. The two-row, five-passenger SUV has a maximum cargo capacity of 75.3 cubic feet if you fold the back seats. A hands-free power liftgate makes it easy to access the vehicle’s cavernous cargo space.

MAZDA CX-90 PHEV

The 2025 Mazda CX-90 PHEV has a lot in common with the Mazda CX-70 PHEV, including its powertrain. Passenger space is the biggest difference between the two. The Mazda CX-90 PHEV has three rows and seats for seven or eight occupants with a total of 141.6 cubic feet of passenger volume. Cargo space measures 15.9, 40.1, and 75.2 cubic feet behind the third, second, and first rows, respectively.
